Used for the production of knit fabric, these machines process different types of technical yarn, change the features of the pattern produced in just a few seconds, and offer flexibility in production volumes. By means of this technology, Fabe can work with innovative covers that give the pillow characteristics such as temperature regulation or plant-based anti-dust mite properties, or again, the anti-stress effect of carbon yarn in shielding electromagnetic pollution or electrosmog.
This machine enables the rapid, accurate preparation of the panels of fabric to be sewn, in different sizes and materials, which are then worked into various types of pillow cases, pillow covers or mattress covers.
This technology enables the production of top-of-the-range padded products, both with new, various fill types, whether natural or technologically advanced, and the use of framed designs of greater or lesser degrees of complexity, in order to personalise and enhance the final result.
A line for preparation, metal detector screening, continuous weight control, carding, layering and automatic cutting: these machines and processes are used in the production of polyester fibre fill and they can create various sizes and weights of quilt fill, at different production rates and the possibility of using three different types of fibre.
A line for packaging, vacuum heat-sealing and other non-vacuum processes, with metal detector screening for the insertion of the pillow into green-type polyethylene packaging, 90%-based on sugar cane and not on hydrocarbons, or in food-standard two-part material with very high-strength vacuum sealing; we use a special pillow packaging line. This technology enables volume to be reduced to the highest possible degree, making it possible to transport more units, lowering delivery costs with a consequent reduction of pollution. The continuous metal detector screening allows the identification of any possible defects due to “sewing needle tip breakage”, or to ferrous micro-particles or excessively damp particles accidentally present in the polyester.
