30-day Satisfaction or Money-back Super Protection

Right of Withdrawal can be legally exercised up to 14 days from date of purchase. During this period the purchaser can return any consumer goods and receive a refund. Fabe offers twice this period, with a 30-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee. Within this period, you may assess the product and return it if you are not satisfied or if it does not conform to the description on the website. Manufacturing-defect warranty

The parties

Customer: holder of the purchase receipt. We attentively care for every single detail of our products in order to ensure that they can carry out their purpose unaltered for the first two years of life, regardless of use. The commitment of Fabe to its customers is a guarantee of this durability. The durability of the products is guaranteed through the use of Italian materials and processes of the utmost quality. Every product is conceived, designed and manufactured exclusively at our plant in Calcio, employing Italian personnel. The two-year warranty is calculated as of the date of purchase shown on the purchase receipt.

Terms and Conditions
This warranty provides for the repair or replacement, free of charge, of the defective part or, if this is not possible, substitution of the product. In cases covered by the warranty, the customer is required to produce a detailed description of the defect, attaching photographic evidence if requested by the seller. The product under warranty is to be suitably packaged and sent at the customer’s expense. Any further damage caused by poor packaging or by the carrier (whatever the firm may be) will not be covered by the warranty. In such cases, the product will not be accepted under the warranty and will be returned to the sender upon payment of shipping costs. The shipping of the product or collection at the customer’s premises is always at the customer’s expense. If, upon inspection of the product, a defect covered by the warranty is identified, the product will be repaired or replaced and will be returned free of charge. If the fault or defect is not covered by the warranty, the cost of replacement and transportation to return the product will be charged to the customer. Any irregular use of the product that does not comply with the Rules for Use and Maintenance will result in the voiding of the warranty. For anything not expressly provided for, the provisions of Directive 1999/44/EC, as implemented in Italy by Italian Legislative Decree no. 24 of 02/02/2002, regarding the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees, shall apply.

The warranty covers
all products where the relative defects compromise the proper functioning of said product, excluding that which is detailed in the section “The warranty does not cover”.

The warranty does not cover

  • products without their original label
  • products which have been tampered with by the customer
  • products whose protective material has been removed
  • products without a receipt of purchase
  • products that are not in perfect sanitary conditions in compliance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 626/94 on the protection of workers’ health
  • defects caused by improper or incorrect use or maintenance
  • small material imperfections such as holes, chips, knots in latex, fraying, moulding defects, glue residue, small imperfections in the material
  • slight detachment between materials that does not compromise the correct functioning of the product
  • normal variation in the products’ texture or in the time required for the products to return to their original shape
  • a tolerance of ±10% in the product’s measurements, due to the use of elastic materials, is to be considered normal and does not constitute a defect
  • with daily use of the product, the materials may adjust by between 15% and 20% of the total thickness of the product. This is to be considered normal and does not entitle the customer to any repair or compensation
  • certain severe environmental conditions that may cause the onset of mould cannot be deemed a product defect

The repair or replacement of any products under warranty will not result in any modification to the original warranty period, which will remain as two years from the date of the original purchase receipt.
