The cover of the orthopaedic pillow features one side made of high-quality percale cotton with Silverplus® treatment, offering a fresh, hygienic fabric with significant antimicrobial and bacteriostatic effects. The other side has a 100% cotton honeycomb knit insert that is soft, welcoming, and notably hygroscopic. The increased temperature of the air and body leads to heavy sweating, which can cause discomfort. The hygroscopic property of the fabric helps to eliminate excess moisture and maintain the right level of comfort during sleep. This type of fabric retains its properties over time.

The filling consists of hypoallergenic recycled polyester fiber, carded and layered. The pillow has been shown to significantly prevent, alleviate, and mitigate issues related to the cervical spine, making it suitable for rehabilitative and physiotherapeutic use, both in the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and idiopathic cervical pain. The orthopaedic pillow is particularly recommended for those who sleep on their back, side, or in a fetal position, as these are the most suitable postures.

Cover fabric: 100% percale cotton with hygienic and fresh Silverplus® treatment, and 100% cotton honeycomb knit fabric, 230 g/m² (±5%). Filling: 100% hypoallergenic recycled polyester fiber. Core: 100% flexible and deformable HLC32 polyurethane foam with an orthopedic shape, 32 kg/m³ (±5%).

Maintenance

The pillow is not washable. Washing the pillow is not feasible because it would be extremely difficult to ensure proper drying at home. Even a small amount of internal moisture could lead to future issues. A quick surface cleaning is possible, but care must be taken to prevent a significant amount of water from penetrating the pillow.
