The Gym Ideal Position Pillow is designed to respect the body’s anatomy by maintaining spinal alignment and adapting to body shapes in any sleep position. The filling consists of hypoallergenic, carded, and layered eco-recycled polyester fiber. The cover is shaped and appropriately padded at the top to better support the head and neck. The mesh fabric used has been treated with Polygiene® Odor Crunch®, which eliminates odors and prevents bacterial growth, ensuring long-lasting freshness. Environmental odors are permanently eliminated.
Using the Gym Ideal Position Pillow, with its medium-low height, positively affects daytime posture, both when standing and sitting. It adapts to common sleep positions, allowing for easy and quick transitions from a supine position (lower in the center) to a lateral position (higher on the sides) and vice versa, minimizing nighttime movements without needing to reposition the pillow. This feature enhances stability during deep sleep phases, improving overall rest quality. The higher side sections promote cervical spine alignment and keep the shoulder in a more depressed (away from the ear, respecting the natural balance of the trapezius, levator scapulae, scalene, and sternocleidomastoid muscles) and retroposed (properly balanced in the anteroposterior position, supporting the natural balance of the pectoral muscles and rotator cuff) position for lateral sleeping. It can be helpful for certain cervical and shoulder conditions, at least in improving their state.

Composition
The pillow cover is made from 100% polyester mesh fabric treated with Polygiene® Odor Crunch®, and is padded and quilted. The filling is 100% hypoallergenic, eco-recycled polyester fiber. The internal core is made from 100% HLC32 polyurethane foam with a density of 32kg/m³ (±5%) and specific contours.
Maintenance
The pillow is not washable. Washing the pillow is not feasible, as it would be extremely difficult to ensure proper drying in a domestic setting. If the pillow retains even a small amount of moisture, it could lead to subsequent issues. Surface cleaning is possible, but care must be taken to prevent significant amounts of water from penetrating the pillow.
