Not just in the size of our factory, which is constantly expanding, but also in the selection of the finest technology enhancing our artisanal crafting, something that has always hallmarked our corporate identity. Every pillow comprises manual expertise in combination with the finest equipment and materials: this is our formula for pillows of superior quality, 100% Italian.

How is a Fabe pillow born?

After having been planned by our designers, the project moves on to the production phase, and then it goes to our skilful seamstresses, who hand-finish every pillow at our factory in Calcio, near Bergamo. The manual skills with which we add the finishing touches cannot be replaced by a machine: it is still the human eye that carefully checks the details of every pillow, benefiting from experience and a passion for making things well. Technology helps us in performing, checking and assessing every stage in the production of our pillows, in order to give our Customers safety and the high performance that enables good sleep.

  • 01. Production

    The production of pillows and accessories is performed internally, to ensure the continuous monitoring of all processes. The care dedicated to even the smallest details is made possible by the decision of not automating manufacturing cycles completely, in order to enhance the artisanal, manual work of our specialist personnel.

  • 02. Research & Development

    The study of good sleeping requires research and the creation of ever-new solutions. Right from the very first pillow that we made, we have turned to the leading experts in the orthopaedics sector, obtaining valuable advice and opinions. Investing in research & development and in technology used for innovative pillows enables us to give customers the answers that they need to sleep well, while respecting the environment.

    Investing in a quality pillow means choosing better, healthier rest and lifestyle. For 60 years, Fabe has been deeply committed to the production of pillows that improve sleep and the quality of life. We spend a third of our life sleeping: so it's better to do it properly.

  • 04. Certifications

    We have decided to invest in certifications in order to guarantee the best for our customers, with all the safety and quality needed for truly high-quality sleep. The processes, equipment and materials used are therefore checked and monitored at every stage of production – Made in Italy – of our pillows.
