    If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you have up to 30 days to exercise your Right to Withdrawal and choose the reimbursement of the product, or its replacement with another that you prefer.

  • Are Fabe pillows guaranteed?

    Of course, our products have a 30-day Satisfied or your Money Back guarantee, and a 2-year guarantee for factory defects.

  • What are the methods of payment available on the website?

    Payment can be made with one of the methods shown on the site during the purchasing procedure. At the moment, the only payment method in operation is PayPal, whether with an account, or just a credit card.

  • How are the pillows that I have ordered dispatched?

    Fabe uses a courier of its own choice for delivery, and ensures that the pillows and bed accessories are carefully packed, so that the quality of our Italian-made products will reach you in perfect conditions.

  • Are the medical pillows by Fabe tax-deductible?

    The medical pillows made by our company are registered as CE medical devices, and so they are 20% tax-deductible by the national health service.

  • How can I be sure that I am choosing the pillow best suited to me?

    We have created a configurator that can help you: you just have to answer some simple questions and you will find the list of pillows and bed accessories that correspond precisely to your requirements in order to sleep well.

  • How often should I change the pillow?

    We recommend replacing pillows every 24 months. In fact, after two years, the materials and structure of the pillows could have changed, so that they are no longer capable of guaranteeing the high initial levels of performance.
